Byzantine Overseas Ltd was established in 1994 and specialises in listed building management, property finding and development. Byzantine is run by Susan Sinclair, who prior to setting up the company, worked as a project manager on large assignments both in London and Spain. Her experience led her to establish Byzantine, which is principally based in Brighton and Hove, after gaining considerable expertise dealing with prestigious property in central London.
